The Solomon Islands sent a delegation to compete at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece, from 13 to 29 August 2004.

The Solomon Islands sent two athletes to these games, both in track and field: Francis Manioru and Jenny Keni.

Manioru competed in the men's 100 meters and Keni in the women's event of the same distance.
