Solosuchiapa is a town and municipality in the Mexican state of Chiapas in southern Mexico.
[1] Other than the town of Solosuchiapa, the municipality had 67 localities, none of which had a population over 1,000.
[1] Solosuchiapa has a very wet warm tropical rainforest climate (Af), and has the highest annual rainfall in Mexico.
The heaviest rainfall occurs between August and October, with a drier season from March to May.
