Somo is a town in Lincoln County, Wisconsin, United States.

[3] The unincorporated communities of Clifford and Tripoli are located partially in the town.

U.S. Route 8 runs along the northern border of the town, passing through Tripoli and leading east 16 miles (26 km) to U.S. Route 51 north of Tomahawk and west 15 miles (24 km) to Prentice.

28.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 12.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

There were 17.9% of families and 18.4% of the population living below the poverty line, including 27.3% of under eighteens and none of those over 64.
