The Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (SWRTC) is the metropolitan planning organization for southwestern Washington state, including parts of the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area.
It oversees long-range planning and transportation funding for Clark, Klickitat, and Skamania counties.
