Spread Group (legally sprd.net AG) is the umbrella brand of five internationally active e-commerce platforms with headquarters in Leipzig, Germany and Greensburg, Pennsylvania, United States.

It operates production sites in Legnica, Poland, Krupka, Czech Republic and Henderson, Nevada, United States.
