Spulerina hexalocha is a moth of the family Gracillariidae.

It is known from Reunion,[2] Sierra Leone and South Africa.

[3] The larvae feed on Sclerocarya birrea and Sclerocarya afra.

They probably mine the leaves of their host plant.
