Spyros Fourlanos (Greek: Σπύρος Φουρλάνος, born 19 November 1993) is a Greek professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Super League 2 club Ilioupoli.

On 27 November 2011, during a Superleague match vs. OFI Crete, he made his debut for the men's team of Panathinaikos coming on as a substitute.

On 31 December 2013 he was loaned from Club Brugge to Kalloni for 6 months.

The 20–year–old midfielder had agreed to a six–month loan deal as he wanted to be playing first team football more regularly.
