Standing Pine is a census-designated place (CDP) in Leake County, Mississippi, United States.

[5] The community sits on a set of low ridges that drain northeast to Standing Pine Creek and southwest to Pottock Creek, both northwest-flowing tributaries of the Pearl River.

As of the 2020 United States census, there were 517 people, 177 households, and 168 families residing in the CDP.

15.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

Standing Pine is served by the Leake County School District.
