Stolniki [stɔlˈniki] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Cielądz, within Rawa County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.

It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Cielądz, 15 km (9 mi) south-east of Rawa Mazowiecka, and 65 km (40 mi) east of the regional capital Łódź.
