Sturanyella Pilsbry & C. M. Cooke, 1934 (objective junior synonym (same type species) Sturanya is a genus of land snails with an operculum.

It is a genus of terrestrial gastropod mollusks in the subfamily Helicininae of the family Helicinidae.
