Suat İrfan Günsel (born 3 August 1952) is a Turkish Cypriot property developer, businessman[1] and founder and 100% owner of Cyprus's private Near East University.

[6] He received a bachelor's degree in physics from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey.

[7] The majority of his wealth comes from land owned in Cyprus and Turkey.
