Subhankar Sarkar (born 2 January 1960) is an Indian politician from West Bengal representing the Indian National Congress.
[1] He is currently serving as President of West Bengal Pradesh Congress Committee.
[2] On 21 September 2024, he was appointed as State President of the West Bengal Congress.
[3] He had previously served as National Secretary of the All India Congress Committee and State-In-Charge of Odisha between 2013 and 2018.
[4][5] He unsuccessfully contested 2021 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election as Indian National Congress candidate from Noapara.
