Sukamara Regency

Sukamara Regency (Indonesian: Kabupaten Sukamara) is one of the thirteen regencies which comprise the Central Kalimantan Province on the island of Kalimantan (Borneo), Indonesia.

It was created on 10 April 2002 from the former southwest part of West Kotawaringin Regency.

Religion as of the Indonesian census of 2010:[9] Sukamara has a tropical rainforest climate (Af) with heavy rainfall year-round.
