Sulislav is a municipality and village in Tachov District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.

It has about 200 inhabitants.

Sulislav lies approximately 34 kilometres (21 mi) east of Tachov, 22 km (14 mi) west of Plzeň, and 104 km (65 mi) west of Prague.
