As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 242 people, 86 households, and 66 families residing in the township.

There were 86 households, out of which 38.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 73.3% were married couples living together, 2.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 22.1% were non-families.

20.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 8.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

About 4.4% of families and 8.3% of the population were below the poverty line, including 15.0% of those under the age of eighteen and 4.9% of those 65 or over.
