Sutton in the Elms

Sutton in the Elms is a settlement in the northwest of Broughton Astley (where the population is listed), Leicestershire.

Sutton is one of the three settlements mentioned in Domesday that now comprise Broughton Astley: namely Broctone, Sutone and Torp.

The settlement is about 9 miles (14 km) south west of the City of Leicester in the District of Harborough in Leicestershire.

Sutton is one of the more desirable housing areas of Broughton Astley with homes dating from many periods.
