On July 2, 2018, Cline joined the Milwaukee Bucks for the 2018 NBA Summer League,[9] where he averaged 3.2 points and 4 rebounds in 14 minutes per game.

Cline helped Holon reach the 2019 FIBA Europe Cup semifinals, where they eventually were eliminated by Dinamo Sassari.
