Tagani

Tagani also developed services such as e-learning for agribusiness and its proprietary digital farm management software platform.

[3] As of August 2021, the company has permanently ceased operations following its Founder and CEO's appointment at the National Economic and Development Authority.

It started as the college project Amiga Philippines in 2016 which taught women farmers a simplified version of accounting translated in the Filipino language.

[5] Following this success, the project evolved into Tagani Inc., a formal corporation, in August 2018[6] and represented the Philippines at the ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Forum in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Despite these advancements, the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic in the Philippines, coupled with a lack of further funding, impeded the continued development of the Tagani FMS.
