Takamizu Station

[1] It is located in the Kumage neighborhood of Shūnan, in a semi-rural area.

The station consists of two unnumbered opposed side platforms connected by a footbridge.

On the platform for trains bound for Iwakuni, there is a statue of a hooded crane.

With the privatization of the Japan National Railway (JNR) on 1 April 1987, the station came under the aegis of the West Japan railway Company (JR West).
