Using inclusive naming (person with protanopia) is neither endonymic, nor used in academic literature, where protan (or more specifically, protanope, as in the reference) is preferred.
I'm going to make this distinction more clearly in the lede and throughout to hopefully avoid the newcomer editing that tends to link cvd to a specific condition.
