Meanwhile, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dismissed the Rector Mykola Bahrov due to his collaboration with the occupation authorities.

Vernadsky Taurida National University was formally opened, having been relocated to Kyiv from annexed Crimea.

The opening ceremony took place in the assembly hall of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
