As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 140 people, 59 households, and 37 families residing in the township.

There were 59 households, out of which 23.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 55.9% were married couples living together, 8.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 35.6% were non-families.

27.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 15.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

There were 6.5% of families and 8.6% of the population living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 22.2% of those over 64.
