The Emissary is a 1989 South African thriller film starring Ted Le Plat, Terry Norton, Robert Vaughn,[1] André Jacobs,[2] Patrick Mynhardt, Hans Strydom, Ken Gampu, Brian O'Shaughnessy, and Peter Krummeck.
