Central Park was jointly developed by Frasers Property and Sekisui House Australia and was designed by Johnson Pilton Walker.

The Central Park redevelopment delivered 1,426 apartments and total gross floor area (GFA) of over 150,000 square metres (1,600,000 sq ft), which GFA for The Mark is 24,000 square metres (260,000 sq ft).
The building was one of the stage two development of Central Park, which was started in September 2011 and was completed in August 2014.
Heritage consultants Godden Mackay Logan was engaged to undertake the comprehensive site survey, analysis, archaeological investigation and documentation.
