The Old House is a well-preserved half-timbered Jacobean building in the centre of Hereford.
[3] New carvings were added in 1883 by Robert Clarke and the ground floor was altered in 1882–3 by Edward Henry Lingen Barker.
[5] The fireplace in the south east room came from another house in the city and is probably 15th century.
Objects on display include baby walkers and wall paintings.
