The Wind at Four to Fly is a 2006 live release by the trance fusion band Disco Biscuits.

It was released on SCI Fidelity on April 18, 2006.

It is the second to last album with the original line-up (Rocket 3 being the last) and contains songs from shows recorded between December 27–31, 2004.

The vocals, however, were re-recorded in the studio, in single takes to replicate a live performance.

"Little Shimmy in a Conga Line" segues seamlessly into "Pat and Dex," resulting in 25 minutes of uninterrupted music.
