Timber Pines is a census-designated place (CDP) in Hernando County, Florida, United States.

[6] It is bordered to the north, east, and south by Spring Hill and to the west by U.S. Route 19, which leads north 4 miles (6 km) to Weeki Wachee and south 9 miles (14 km) to Hudson.

Brooksville, the Hernando County seat, is 16 miles (26 km) to the northeast.

23.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 21.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
