Tolsti Vrh pri Mislinji (pronounced [ˈtoːu̯sti ˈʋəɾx pɾi miˈsliːnji]) is a dispersed settlement in the Municipality of Mislinja in northern Slovenia.

The area is part of the traditional region of Carinthia.

It is now included in the Carinthia Statistical Region.
