Thomas Clarence Brown (August 26, 1933 – September 1, 2024) was an American politician in the state of Florida.

Brown was born in Daytona Beach, Florida, on August 26, 1933.

He attended David Lipscomb College, as well as the University of Florida.

[1] He served in the Florida House of Representatives for the 29th district from 1980 to 1986, as a Democrat.

[3] Brown died following a long illness in Tallahassee, Florida, on September 1, 2024, at the age of 91.
