Thomas Arthur Wham (November 22, 1924 – December 25, 2006) was a professional American football defensive end for the Chicago Cardinals in the National Football League (NFL).
[1][2] Wham lived at the Thornwill Orphanage in Clinton, South Carolina, starting at age 12.
He served in the Navy during World War II.
He later worked for the South Carolina Department of Corrections, eventually serving as directors of the state's pre-release centers.
