Toora-Khem (Russian: Тоора-Хем; Tuvan: Доора-Хем, romanized: Doora-Xem) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Todzhinsky District of Tuva, Russia.
Population: 2,387 (2010 Census);[3] 2,233 (2002 Census);[7] 1,851 (1989 Soviet census).
