The Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977 (c. 32) is an act of Parliament to amend the law in England, Wales and Northern Ireland[1] concerning conversion and other torts affecting goods.

[2] The passage of the law was prompted by the 18th Report of the Law Reform Committee,[3] although the scope of the legislation is considerably reduced from the recommendations of the report.
