Trichosea champa is a moth of the family Noctuidae first described by Frederic Moore in 1879.
[1] It is found in the Himalayas, north-east India, Sri Lanka, China,[2] Taiwan,[3] Japan,[4] and Russia.
There are about seven prominent ill-defined waved and dentate black lines.
A ring spot is found at the end of the cell.
Female is similar to male, but outer area of hindwings are black suffused.
