Nemachilus alticeps Herzenstein, 1888 Qinghaichthys alticeps (Herzenstein, 1888) Triplophysa alticeps is a species of ray-finned fish in the genus Triplophysa.

These stone loaches are occasionally placed in the genus Qinghaichthys by some authorities.
