Truskava Eldership (Lithuanian: Truskavos seniūnija) is a Lithuanian eldership, located in the north eastern part of Kėdainiai District Municipality.

The territory of Truskava Eldership is located mostly in the Nevėžis Plain.

Relief is mostly flat, cultivated as agriculture lands.
