Tuscarora is a town in Steuben County, New York, United States.

The town is in the southern part of the county, southwest of the city of Corning.

The south town line is the border of Pennsylvania (Tioga County).

New York State Route 417 crosses the northern part of the town, following Tuscarora Creek.

16.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 23.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
