Tuscola Area Airport (IATA: TZC, ICAO: KCFS, FAA LID: CFS, formerly 78D) is a public use airport located three nautical miles (6 km) southwest of the central business district of Caro, a city in Tuscola County, Michigan, United States.
[5] In 2022, the airport received a grant to resurface and reconstruct parts of its runway.
Runway lights were also upgraded, and the airport was granted an additional 80 acres of land.
[7] For the 12-month period ending December 31, 2021, the airport had 13,870 general aviation aircraft operations, an average of 38 per day.
At that time there were 31 aircraft based on the field: 30 single-engine airplanes and 1 helicopter.
