Ulytau District (Kazakh: Ұлытау ауданы, Ūlytau audany) is a district of Ulytau Region in central Kazakhstan.

The administrative center of the district is the village of Ulytau.

River Karakengir and lakes Karakoin and Meshkeysor are located in the district.
