Results of the 2014 United States House of Representatives elections in Mississippi by district:[2] Nunnelee:      40-50%      50-60%      60-70%      70-80%      80-90% Alan Nunnelee Republican Alan Nunnelee Republican Incumbent Republican Alan Nunnelee, who had represented the district since 2011, ran for re-election.

Nunnelee was the only Congressman in Mississippi who did not face a primary opponent in 2014.

Palazzo was first elected in 2010, defeating Democratic incumbent Gene Taylor.
