Unity is a town in Trempealeau County, Wisconsin, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 34.6 square miles (89.6 km2), all of it land.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 556 people, 200 households, and 166 families residing in the town.

There were 218 housing units at an average density of 6.3 per square mile (2.4/km2).

15.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 6.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
