Veliki Podlog

Veliki Podlog (pronounced [ˈʋeːliki ˈpoːdlɔk]; German: Großpodlog[2]) is a village in the Municipality of Krško in eastern Slovenia.

The area is part of the traditional region of Lower Carniola.

It is now included with the rest of the municipality in the Lower Sava Statistical Region.

[3] The local church is dedicated to Saint Nicholas and belongs to the Parish of Leskovec pri Krškem.

[4] The western part of the Roman necropolis of Neviodunum has been excavated close to the settlement.
