Vernon Miniard Jr. is an American politician and jurist from Kentucky who was a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives from 1997 to 1999, Wayne County Attorney from 1999 to 2003, and a judge of the 57th Kentucky Circuit Court from 2003 to 2023.
Miniard was elected to the house in 1996 after incumbent representative Jeffrey Buis was redistricted to the 24th district.
