Viktor Semyonovich Rodin (Russian: Виктор Семёнович Родин; 19 November 1928 – 17 September 2011) was a Soviet Strategic Missile Forces colonel general.
Rodin was the head of the Strategic Missile Forces Political Directorate between 1985 and 1992 and also a Candidate Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union between 1986 and 1990.
Rodin was born on 19 November 1928 to a peasant family in the village of Dubrovka in Penza Oblast.
After the end of the courses he became deputy political officer of a motor rifle division.
In 1990, Rodin was awarded the Order for Service to the Homeland in the Armed Forces of the USSR 3rd class.
