Federal Premium manufactures finished shotshell, centerfire, and rimfire ammunition, as well as bullets, primers, and shell casings.

He holds an MBA from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah where he taught management and finance and was named "Adjunct Professor of the Year."
