Vivette Glover (born 1942) is a British Professor of Perinatal Psychobiology at Imperial College London.
Glover has worked at Queen Charlotte's and Chelsea Hospital, London where she became head of the Fetal and Neonatal Stress Research Group.
[4][5] Here she undertook work investigating postnatal depression and was involved in trials to improve symptoms for mothers.
[5] In more recent years she has applied her expertise in biological psychiatry to the problems of mothers and babies.
Recent projects of interest include studies showing that maternal prenatal stress, depression or anxiety increases the probability for a range of adverse neurodevelopmental outcomes for the child.
