The women's tournament of volleyball at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru took place from 7 August to 11 August.

The defending champions were the United States.

The Dominican Republic team took the gold, Columbia took silver, and Argentina came in third place.

A total of eight teams qualified to compete at the games.
