Four of the most popular celebrations are in Balayan, Batangas; Calumpit, Bulacan; Aliaga, Nueva Ecija; Cavite City; and San Juan, Metro Manila.

Reports of celebrants recklessly dousing workers, students, and even public vehicles with passengers passing through the area have been noted.
