Wayne Fleming (July 6, 1950 – March 25, 2013) was a Canadian ice hockey coach.
He served as assistant coach in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Edmonton Oilers, Calgary Flames, Philadelphia Flyers, Phoenix Coyotes, New York Islanders and Tampa Bay Lightning.
He spent nine seasons with the Bisons and was named the Canadian Interuniversity Athletic Union Coach of the Year in 1985.
On July 23, 2010, it was announced that Fleming had signed with the Tampa Bay Lightning as their assistant coach.
