Wayne M. Ropes (October 23, 1898 – July 18, 1948) was an American politician and businessman.
He then served in the United States Navy during World War I.
Ropes worked as an accountant and with the Iowa State Banking Association.
From 1939 to 1941, Ropes served in the Iowa House of Representatives for District 57.
Ropes died in a hospital in Des Moines, Iowa from a stroke.
