Wellington Cepeda (born November 25, 1973) is a Dominican professional baseball coach and former pitcher who currently serves as the bullpen coach for the Arizona Diamondbacks of Major League Baseball (MLB).

He has previously served as a manager in the Dominican Professional Baseball League.

Cepeda began his career as a pitcher in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization.

[6] Cepeda was hired as the Miami Marlins' bullpen coach following the 2019 season.

[7] On October 2, 2024, Cepeda was fired alongside the entirety of the Marlins coaching staff.
